Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of CouchCardTrading ("the Service"), operated by CouchCardTrading. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
CouchCardTrading provides tools for trading card sellers: pricing calculators, inventory management, import workflows, and sales order tracking. Features may change as we improve the product.
2. Free trial
New accounts receive a 14-day free trial with full access to paid-tier features. No credit card or payment method is required to start the trial. After the trial, you may continue on a free plan (if available) or subscribe to a paid plan. See our Pricing page.
3. Your account
You sign in with Google (or other methods we support). You are responsible for activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep access credentials secure.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service, including attempting to access other users' data, reverse engineer the application, or use it for unlawful purposes. Card market data and third-party APIs remain subject to their own terms.
5. Your data
You retain ownership of inventory and sales data you enter. We process it to provide the Service as described in our Privacy Policy and Data Processing Agreement. You may export or delete your data at any time in Settings.
6. Disclaimers
Calculators, profit figures, and price syncs are estimates for your convenience. We do not guarantee accuracy of third-party market data or tax outcomes. You are responsible for your own business and compliance decisions.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CouchCardTrading is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim (or €100 if you used only the free trial).
8. Termination
You may delete your account at any time in Settings. We may suspend access for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. EU consumers retain mandatory rights under local consumer protection law.
